Faculty Monique M. Williams, M.D. Monique Williams, M.D. is an attending physician at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and is an active participant in the training of health professionals at Washington University School of Medicine. Research Interests Dr. Williams is interested in community based research and barriers to research participation. Her research focuses on the multidirectional interaction of depression and diabetes with a specific focus on the impact of these two diseases in older adults. In addition, Dr. Williams is a clinician in the longitudinal study of aging and cognitive function at the Memory and Aging Project and Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center at Washington University School of Medicine.
